  We were so lucky to get assigned Keely Paregian as our Rex agent! Very knowledgeable about every step of real estate transactions, very communicative and always available (and responded quickly) for anything we needed or questions we had. She was on top of every aspect of our home sale and made sure the buyers agent was doing his part and following through. We have bought and sold numerous homes over our lifetime and I can say without a doubt that Keely was the BEST agent we have ever dealt with. Highly, highly recommend! Our Rex experience was also flawless: from the team involved in the sale, marketing, management, constant communication and the awesome photographer who made our house look fantastic! Many people told us that the low commission model would not attract buyers....that is garbage. Any agent that won't show you a home you are interested in because they will only get a 1 or 2% commission needs to get kicked to the curb. Rex now lists homes on the MLS and everybody these days are looking online and researching homes through Zillow, Redfin, Etc. for homes they are interested in without an agent. I only wish my buyer would have not had an agent and just bought directly through Rex as their agent was very slow to communicate and did not follow up very well after the offer was accepted (this is where Keely shined and kept on top of everything). I like the Rex model, it saved us a ton of money and the service was BETTER than all of the traditional agents we have used in the past in both good and bad housing markets. We sold our home in a week with just a few showings. Love the app that lets you schedule when YOU want to show your home. All around a fantastic experience. Rex should be the future of all real estate....!

  Amazing process and people. Amazing services. Professional and courteous. They do what they say and they know their market very well. Having the right team makes a world of difference in the entire process. I do believe that this is one of the smoothest real estate transactions I have ever experienced. Keely rocks! This team is very good. I can't say enough about the process. As a busy person, I have always had difficulty returning signed documents in prior transactions. However, they had multiple points of contact and were all on the same page which made each step of the transaction very smooth. Thank you!!!

  Amy Whitman is such a great agent. Her communication skill is great. I was updated on everything right away. She made process super easy. I would absolutely recommend everyone to work with her.

  We liked the 1.75% commission over the traditional 6%; and, we were assigned Keely as our agent, who did far above what we expected. She dropped by on several occasions to suggest things we could do to make the house more appealing; she helped pick weeds; she was engaged to help find us a buyer; and, worked hard to help us realize our dreams in moving to Kentucky. We loved the process and we sold in four days (thanks to an open house she hosted).

  I put in an offer on a Rex property in Napa for a family member to help them out & it was doomed from the start. Rex is a flawed business model in many ways. The Rex agent actually worked for another real estate firm and did Rex on the side & suggested we include buyers' commission in offer. We terminated our offer during escrow and home did not sell. Sellers' gave up on Rex, hired a traditional full-service brokerage and it sold. You cannot eliminate buyers' agents and MLS altogether and expect good results. I'm not sure some of these glowing Rex reviews on here are real.

  Rex Realty helped us find a buyer & complete our sale in a trouble free transaction (and at a greatly reduced commission compared to conventional brokers). I highly recommend and will use their services in the future. Ken Kroger, our sales agent, was a pleasure to work with.

  Ken from REX was a pleasure to work with. I'm active duty Air Force and I owned a property in California but I was stationed in Guam when I first reached out to Ken and the REX team. During the time of listing my property I was in the middle of my retirement and move to the Philippines (so I had a lot going on in my life). Ken was very responsive to my concerns and questions. We had some setbacks because my first buyer backed out because of a foundation issue but this is where Ken shined and was able to get my problems handled in a timely manner and had my property showing again in no time. So if you're concerned about the distance between you and your property do not fret, Ken is the professional to take care of the property for you (I was literally 7,029 miles away from my property). I also want to mention this was my first experience with selling a property with the REX model and it has been a very smooth process and at a much cheaper rate than using the MLS model, so don't let that hold you back. If you're on the fence then I'm telling you, you won't be disappointed with going with REX.

  Rex Reality was OUTSTANDING to work with. Dylan Rios with Rex helped us through every step of the way. Great communication, quickly returned calls and stayed with us from start to finish. I honestly dont know why people throw away money using conventional Realtors at 5-6% when Rex does a better job. Highly recommend Rex.

  It took a little time to warm up for the selling transaction with REX. However, with REX listing team's passion in helping me getting the deal, and the very responsiveness to my need, we took off. The transaction moved faster than what we expected. We found what we were asking for and more through REX system. Thank you
