  You can tell Kolbey has done this for a long time. He has a wealth of knowledge in his field and has a way of explaining things for the common person to understand. He is very thorough on how the process works for the first time home buyer (me). I also referred a friend as a refinance option. Kolbey keeps folks updated on current market status and was able to help my friend as well.

They were very professional but personal at the same time. They were always pleasant and made this process as stress-less as possible. We are very grateful for them and their work ethic.
