  My husband and I had a rough start to our mortgage process. We went with a company recommended by our builder and had so many questions that went unanswered. We ended up with a good rate on paper but so many negative things in reality. We reached out to Shonda and that all changed! She is knowledgeable and eager to help! She treats you like family and makes you feel confident she is working for you! Wonderful experience and I would recommend her to all!

  Tami and Kevin were absolutely amazing. They responded promptly to my calls and texts even after hours and weekends. Kevin went above and beyond to help me gather all the documents for the underwriters. I really wouldn't have been able to get my house without them. An absolute blessing.

  Tami and Kevin were great to work with! Even though we had some issues with the appraiser which caused delays, Tami and Kevin were able to work through it and get the loan closed. I am the proud new owner of my first house :)

  Neil and Robin were great and stayed with us every step of the way. Revolution's app is very user friendly and if I had any questions or concerns, the app provides all your loan information, including the status of your loan, during the buying process! Easy Peasy!

  Ashley Welch was great to work with. Back and forth communication with Her was excellent. She made the RE-FI process start to closing pain free. Everything moved along smoothly and on time.

  In today's housing market, response time is everything. Neil Crye at Revolution came through in a hurry when our previous lender wouldn't respond to our need to submit an offer on our home. Neil, in just a matter of a couple hours, took our call, got all the paperwork processed, got us a pre-qual letter, and helped us get a winning offer submitted to the seller. We then worked closely with Neil over the following weeks, as he walked us through the underwriting process and eventually closing on our home. I can't say enough about the professionalism, kindness, proficiency, responsiveness, and great rates from which my wife and I benefited in working with Neil and the entire Revolution team. I would certainly recommend them, and they have earned my future business!

  As a first time home buyer, not having a clue on where to begin in the home buying process, we could not have done it without Hilary Kilgore. From day one, of us looking at all these houses, all the different prices and not knowing what we could afford, what we could look at, she made this experience an amazing one for our first place to call HOME. She was there to answer any of our questions, from early in the AM and even late nights after her hours to ensure we were happy and taken care of the whole time. I could not have asked for a better first time buying experience, she helped us find everything we needed from the layout of the house, the specific details we were looking for and the land we wanted for a perfect cost!
