  We highly recommend Foundation Mortgage. They helped us refinance our house. They made the process seamless and got us a much lower rate and a couple of years knocked off our total.   Nick, Jeremy, Alex and the whole Foundation Mortgage team are great. Part of what makes them so great is that they are a team. You will feel like you're getting individualized attention from multiple people at Foundation. Every person I talked to through the process was more than willing to stop at a moment's notice and resolve any problem I had. A word of advice: you will save a lot of money by going with Nick and Foundation Mortgage over one specific bank. The Foundation team shops your application around with several mortgage lenders they trust in order to get you the best deal possible. They were even able to get us a house we didn't think we would get approved for due to the price. If you want a detailed, careful, and responsive mortgage team, call Nick.

  Nick and his team are awesome, they are very knowledgeable and make home buying very easy. They treated mean like I was one of there friends and i never felt like I was just a client. They have your best interest in mind and are always available to answer even the smallest question. I would recommend them to ANYONE! This is by far the best mortgage broker team have ever worked with. If your are in the market for a new house do yourself a favor and call them!!

  We have worked with this company for buying our first home and worked with them a second time to do the refinancing. Very easy and smooth process and Josh P. is a delight to work with. Their rates are low and highly competitive and process was very fast. If we ever need to buy or refinance another home we will definitely go through them. Also enjoyed that at closing we were able to do curbside service due to COVID-19 and they brought all the paperwork to our car. Highly recommend such a wonderful and professional company!!!
