  I have banked at Home Federal since I was a child. The Concord Farragut branch is my favorite! Everyone is so friendly and willing to help in any way they can. The management at that branch has always been of high quality! I like how the lobby is inviting and traditional and has continued to be that way for years. The new updates to the mobile app makes me happy too!

  I opened my 1st checking account here at the Concord branch over 25 years ago as a senior in high school. I have had 3 different mortgages, 3 additional checking accounts, multiple safely deposit boxes and 4 savings accounts for myself, spouse and children. I have never had a bad experience with this branch, my local branch in Powell or any other of the locations I have had the pleasure of visiting. I have seen this bank grow so much just in the last few years and love how they embracing technology but still keeping that hometown bank feel. I will be continue to bank with them another 25 years and longer, good lord willing.

  This is not a friendly bank! I just walked in to get a roll of quarters. I was refuse service because I was not a member of the bank and I didn’t have an account there. I had a $20 bill no problem so I thought. So glad this isn’t my bank!

  Site is very helpful. Great bank very friendly and helpful. I have banked here for years. Just wish hours of my bank were longer so I could make deposits after I get off of work at 4pm. They close at 4 now every day except Friday, but sometimes I can't wait all week for a deposit.

  I have been with them for over 11 years with nothing but excellent service, very friendly faces an always willing to help! Darlene has helped an guided me thru several things with nothing but exceptional service!

  It was only 345 and bank was already closed couldnt even cash my check they might as well not be in business they are only there from 10 to 4 fix the hours

  Amber, we apologize for the inconvenience. Our current hours are 8AM - 4PM, Monday - Thursday and until 6PM on Friday. During the COVID pandemic, our lobbies are open from 10AM - 2PM each weekday. Our drive-thrus remain open regular business hours.
