  My review does not have to deal with this location but how the bank handled their new credit card transition! What a complete joke! I can’t use my card or anything that deals with my card! I can’t get a hold of anyone! If my card were to have got lost or stolen, I would have no way to report it! I’m not sure why they are changing things up when the system they had in place worked out just fine! I’m pretty upset with the whole thought process, wish they would have handled things differently!!

  Thanks for the feedback, Chad. REV Credit Cardholders received several communications sharing important details regarding the system upgrade taking place this past weekend. Those notifications outlined the purpose, and the upgrades members could expect. As part of the transition, Team Members were readily available via [email protected] to assist members with any potential disruption of service.

  Currently on hold with Rev. Now, I can hear each time a representative hit the keypad to bypass the call. Guess they don’t want to be bothered. Been on hold for 45 minutes now and they just keep hitting the keypad to not take the call. Seriously taking my business elsewhere.

  I never leave reviews unless it is sincerely bad. These people are the most unprofessional a**holes I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They are utterly incomptentant, completely unreasonable, and can't even keep track of files or documents. Do not under ANY circumstances do business with this bank or their other branches.

  Closed bank account after it got hacked and REV wouldn't do anything to help me recover my funds. I was told that the illegal account that was created to hack my account had been closed and there was nothing else they could do

  Please do not do any banking with this company. There are plenty other establishments that will give you better service as well as a better overall experience! I have a car loan with this Bank and they have been nothing but trouble since day one . I have never missed a car payment once and they still claim I’m late on payments. Never do business with this company ever ! Just a forewarning. Save yourself the headache!

  Extremely difficult to get someone who is actually a representative for the branch on the line. I'm currently trying to contact REV so that I may report my card as stolen and order a new one, but I've only been able to connect with a 3rd party costumer service company - they aren't particularly helpful as they are not located in Charleston and have no knowledge of the bank itself. I am contacting them during normal business hours.

  Hey, Antonio - You can freeze your card via the REV Mobile App to stop anyone from being able to access it. If you stop-in one of our branch locations, we can instant issue you a new card and assist with any fraudulent charges that may have taken place.

  Called the previous day and decided after 20 minutes on hold, I would choose the option to have them call me back. Well that never happened…. So I called again today, and have been on hold for 54 minutes. Writing this review while on hold….. who knows how much longer it will be. As soon as they answer I am canceling and going with SCFED.

  REV is a Dangerous place to do business with. They are pulling money from my new bank account all while still trying to draft payment from an old bank account that is closed and charging me return payment fees because the 1st representative did not cancel the old account draft months ago when he assisted me. The 2nd representative i spoke to was rude and said I had no proof so they would not refund my account

  Find a different credit union! This one is worthless! I've never written a bad review in my life because I feel like everyone has had a bad day here and there. But I've had a number of issues with this credit union over the last 8 years and they will NEVER work with you. Even when someone was able to get my card number and buy a Publix gift card for $250 - they refused to assist until I got the cops involved. It's really sad that customer service is so poor and just accepted nowadays!

  Terrible! Hamlet federal credit union was awesome! Always talked to a representative, rev representative called me back 2 hours later, i dont like Rev credit union at all, gotta find a new credit union
