  Customer service is awful. They told me my item would be $140 if I paid cash. I went to an ATM which took 45 minutes with traffic. Got back and they said total was $154. They quoted 140 then said tax after. I had to go back to atm. They wouldnt knock off a measley $14 and didnt care that it takes forever to go back to ATM and pay another atm fee.

  I have shopped at Money Man Pawn for years. I have always gotten High Quality things at good prices and in good shape. I recently went to Money Man on Savannah hwy by I-526. The store manager's name is Kristopher. He is about 6ft + and at the time had a beard. I was interested in a 95 sea doo wave-runner. Kristopher swore up and down that it ran and boasted feverishly that I would be so impressed after I put a battery in it. We could not test it at all because the battery cables in the wave runner were broken off. I would have to have new cables. There was also no way to look at the carbs because there was a cover over it. I was also informed that it had sat up since June 2013 it was now Feb/March 2014. I knew the wave-runner needed work but it wasn't until I bought it that I found out the motor was seized up, the carbs were filled completely with salt and we realized this wave-runner had been underwater. I went back to the store to confront Kristopher and he was not there, I left a message to call me and he has yet to this day contacted me. Beware of buying anything from this money man and especially watch out for Kristopher. He lied to me and misrepresented an item. Not only did he misrepresent what I had bought he further decided to ignore me when I tried to confront him about it. Very shady operation. I have not been back since. It has been over three months and still no phone call. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE especially when the store manager is only out to screw you!!!!

  Very knowledgeable about what they have inside the pawn shop. Kala and Ben were great helps. Will be back to do business again.

  Awful customer service, the store smells like cat pissed and everything on the shelves looks like it's been there since the 80's. The manager is a fat cow that will probably die from eating herself to death. I can't wait for them to tear that pathetic excuse for a store down. Avoid like the plague.

  I wonder if the owners know one of their properties on 97 Nassau St down is being used for Sex Parties and Drug Dealing... all while the Kid living there is boasting that Money Man does more than just Gold and Guns.....

  Auto money is the best they were very helpful on helping me decide what was best for me and I'm very happy with my decision. Thanks auto money you all were great it was a pleasure meeting you guys

  Unfortunately the time thats on the the site doesnt corresponds with the actual building. So you guys need to work on that or Gene's Pawn and jewelry will start having alot more business from me and several others. Very disappointed. To bad i cant give u a half star.
