      Never coming to this bank on lunch time, you have to wait at least 35 min to get help, the manager is there but she don’t go behind of the register, and the line is of 5 people, it’s ridiculous the time you have to wait for a withdrawal, the bank it’s accesible but the people working there are not, the bankers are doing nothing and if we don’t have appointment they don’t help, I think is time to tell me that we are in post- covid time to start working hard, no hard-working

      Never had a problem at this branch. The tellers have always gotten me in and out quickly while still being helpful. Called this morning to meet with a banker and they got me in same day. Aubrey was very helpful and got me taken care of in about 5-10 all while having a very pleasant conversation. This location outranks the waxahachie branch hands down. Will forever use cedar hill when I'm in the area!

      The worst customer service ever at this location!! They made me feel like a criminal getting my own money the teller Johnathan was far from professional and the manager don't even get me started!!! I was just stopping by this location I feel sorry for people who actually have to go here on a regular

      Very Very Very Slow. You will have to put your car in park cause you will be hold down the breaks for about 30 min. It's 14 cars waiting and there's three lines open

      Never ever coming back to this location. The workers do not want to work. Mr. Coleman was my banker, was a completely disrespectful! He did not want to assist me on opening a business account. I’ve been banking with wells for 10 years and I’ve never been treated so bad! His behavior was unacceptable! I

      I've just decided to go to the one in Midlothian. I just didn't want to have to drive way out there; but, they are so much nicer and better. I was able to make a same day appointment with them. Cedar Hill Wells Fargo is pointless, rude and LAZY. I'm surprised that they are still open.

      I am livid about how the branch manager LaRhonda LaCour handled my situation. I personally have had an account with Wells Fargo for over 10 years but it’s frustrating when I can’t even walk in to the branch to have my daughter open up her own account. We were initially told weeks ago that she could do it on line with a passport and that was incorrect. It only took 2 more weeks to finally be able to schedule an appointment, however we were running a few minutes late and apparently had to reschedule because we didn’t arrive on time. I’m just over trying to open up an additional account for my daughter. LaRhonda did not sympathize at all about me having to leave work only on to be turned away when we arrived. I should have looked at the star ratings and google reviews before scheduling my appointment at this branch

      I make my deposits in Wells Fargo bags to save time at the request of the same bank, it is the only branch that calls me to tell me that I was short of money and I have spent a lot of time doing it in different branches.

      Was told that I needed to come in and process a money order after I have been inconvenienced for the last two years with an unpredictable schedule of your lobby being open due to Covid 19.

      I’ve been banking with them almost 10 years even brought my Business account over. Very horrible customer service and team. Will definitely take my business elsewhere . I’m not surprised at all by the 2.7 star rating
