  Mike Holloway with Residential Lending was great to work with. He was super quick to get us our pre-approval and always responded fast to any questions that came up. Mike laid out the options available to us and discussed which would be best for us. Mike was able to complete our closing very smoothly as he worked closely with us, the seller, our agent, the title company, and the lending company throughout the process.

  If you're looking to navigate the cliffs of insanity (aka Denver Metro real estate market) you absolutely MUST use Residential Lending LLC. Jason Duffy and his team were incredible. They made the seemingly impossible, possible. They were so thorough and so detail oriented about their approach. All options were looked at and evaluated...and then re-looked at and re-evaluated.   Alex was a grand to work with! We’ve been talking for the last few years about buying a house and during fall of 2015, I finally called him to see if he was able to help me out and he was respectful to pick up where we left off. He was there every step of the way and responded to every call/email the same day. His professionalism really showed while working with him, but he made things feel comfortable by also providing his personal opinion during the process. If I had to refinance or buy another property, Alex will be the first person I call. I recommend RES Lending over and over again. Very respectful business!

Not only that, but when it was discovered that my insurance quote was a bit high they put me in touch with another person who got me better coverage at a lower annual rate.   I’ve been financing with Mike Holloway since 2013. He did my original loan and we’ve refinanced 3 times since then! It’s always a seamless process, he answers all my questions thoroughly and I always feel like he acts in my best interest.   Alex and I recently used Residential Lending for the 4th time. We have used them to purchase a home as well as refinancing existing homes. They are so efficient and thorough it saved us so much time. In addition, everytime they locked in the absolute lowest possible rate for our loans. They communicated with us through out the process and were always available for questions.   Tim and Carrie were awesome! The process can be daunting, but they kept us on track and communicated very clearly every step of the way. Sending documents to them was easy with their secure system, and I never felt like time was wasted. Also, with their expertise, we were able to lock in a lower rate at a time when rates were expected to rise, and we now have a loan that we feel is competitive and suits our needs. This was all due to Tim's willingness and ability to provide us with understandable options right away--far above the level of service we found with other lenders as we shopped around in the early stages. I would recommend Tim and his team to any of my friends and family, and I'm very grateful to the friend that referred us! :)
