  I've had nothing but problems with this company since I opened a check. I tried to call a cashier's check and they held on to all but 500 of it for 2 days saying it had to clear. It's a cashier's check, the person who wrote it to me paid extra to prove that the funds are available. The cashiers at all locations, particularly one are rude and don't care. They will scoff and roll those eyes at you if they feel they have to go out of their way to help you The customer service line is even worse. God forbid you have to call them. They all make you verify who you are by multiple ways of you forgot your vocal password but won't tell you what the password is once you've answered their 20 questions. I also had fraudulent activity on my account and was told they will have someone call me. No one did. Apparently they're okay with their customers money begging stolen. I hate this bank.

  WORST BANK EVER!!! DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE. I went in to get a money order and cash a check, from my own account. It literally took 30 min. And the women had to get approval twice, from a guy sitting behind a desk on the other side of the bank, while the line piles up to over 10 people long! Both times on her way back she's stopped multiple times to either chat or help someone else! Then each time I was being scolded about how I didn't do something right, or why I was being charged this fee and that. Unbelievable!!! Have never experienced anything like that. What I learned: Don't put your money in 1st Bank and go to King soopers to get a money order.

  If you love ATM machines that are broken, check out this branch. Theirs is never working. Clearly the manager doesn’t care about resolving

  I've been using this bank my whole life and have never had any problems. I love First bank and I love this branch!

  Service was good today. Helped my mom open an account and it was quick and easy

  Opened a new account Molly was great, she answered all my questions and get me in and out as quick as possible
