  So about 4 years ago I called to set up a payment plan as I was moving into a place an I have a debt with them I was told they wanted everything paid in full well sorry to burst your bubble Hunter Warfield I'm disabled an low income an not every one can pay a debt in full an I'd like to make payments on my debt but I need a payment plan to do so as I'm low income. Your staff was rude an I have not called back to speak with your company for the way I was treated

  This is the worse company I have ever dealt with. They are very unprofessional and rude. There’s no reasoning with them. I spoke to Marco first who was speaking over me and raising his voice. I then asked to speak to the manager who was just as bad. He even went on to hang up the phone then called back arguing with me, claiming the call dropped. I’ve also asked him to send me all of the documents they have via email, I’m still waiting. I will be reporting them.

  Worst customer service experience of my life. Manager Herold was especially disrespectful. Poor communication from company, difficulty getting in touch with staff, long hold times and the audacity to yell, interrupt and provoke clients.

  I wish I could give a zero rating! Representatives were very rude and disrespectful and won't give you a chance to say anything. They hung up on me 3 times in a row, including management. I was trying to make a reasonable settlement, but they don't listen to what you have to say. The manager from the leasing office told me some of the charges weren't correct and she could have them removed. Hunter Warfield said "I know they didn't say they would remove anything" and hung up on me. When i called them back and told them i was recording the call for my lawyers their attitudes suddenly changed. Someone needs to get rid of the representatives there and hire new people.

  SCAM ALERT- FRAUD Do not pay this agency even if you have a legitimate balance. They steal your credit card information and commit fraud. They commit identity theft big time, so do not talk or share anything with them. Try dealing with the original creditor directly and if that doesn’t work dispute the charge with the credit bureau. In the worst case scenario let the balance sit on your credit history, but DO NOT PAY THIS AGENCY ANYTHING- COMPLETELY IGNORE THEM. It will not help you in any way and you will be a victim of their fraud.

  Debt collection at its worst! Very Rude people at customer service and SO many Hidden Charges while proceeding with the transactions. Be aware you'll be charged $10 just for using there "Software"! PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!

  I kept getting phone calls on my new house phone so I called them so see if I could get my number removed. I got hung up on twice!!!! Then finally I was able to explain to them, they keep calling the wrong number 3 times a day and it is beyond irritating and also considered harassment. She told me she would remove the number and rudely hung up on me. AGAIN!! If they call me one more time looking for someone else, I will most likely contact an attorney.

  It was My first time ever getting into contact with this company, and it couldn't have gone worse. The receptionist was sweet, but after being transferred to a manager, my day took a turn for the worst. The Managers are rude, and disrespectful. In fact the first man I spoke to, a 'Thomas', Hung up while i was speaking to him! I called back and was transferred to a man named 'Bob'. While maintaining my cool, and receiving threats at the same time. I decided that the conversation wasn't going anywhere fast. I ended the call collecting information to forward to my attorney, in regard to further action. My final rating? Terrible company with unprofessional management, which totally spells disaster to me. I Look forward to never working with them again.

  They are a scam. I have no idea how they are even legal. They constantly re open a closed account and even jack up interests rates for no reason on a closed account. Here is the kicker, THEY HAVE NEVER REACHED OUT TO ME ONCE! Not by a phone call, mail, email, anything! BBB or feds need to get involved, hopefully my attorney will get some justification for these scam artists as he is contacting higher in regards to Hunter Warfield. I hope you see this, it’s my turn to come after you over a dropped account. You could’ve made this easy, but no.

  I had a phone call from a representative who I asked if they were a debt collection agency. He lied and said we are not a debt collection agency. Which is what prompted my search on Google to see how they listed themselves. I too like so many of the reviews had an dispute with the amount due. Which just a side note never rent or buy from Vimebrook Homes. I offered to send emails from the property manager which stated the amount I owed. He flat out told me he didn't want it and that he would put the dispute in but if they said I owed the amount they would take it from me. I will be sending my dispute to them and Vinebrook Homes certified mail.
