  Tracy and the staff at this Republic are simply the best. Diligent, Efficient , and caring they do it all. I close 20 + deals a year at this Republic and every time my clients are so happy they closed with the great Tracy Horne Bennett. Thank you as always Tracy!

  Very frustrating working with Republic Title. Transaction went smoothly, but somewhere in the process of refinancing, my insurance autopay was cancelled (not by me as I had not even informed them that I was refinancing). My insurance payment did not arrive until 18 days after closing. It took days to get a response that the check was even sent and I had to spend hours of my time dealing with a problem that should have never existed in the first place. Had my autopay not been cancelled, there would have not been a problem. Absurd that I had to put my homeowners in the transaction in the first place, but since it has to work that way, I do expect the title company should not do a WORSE job of paying the insurance than I was doing, creating problems where they did not exist. It took from Wednesday afternoon when I first contacted the lender until Monday to even get someone to confirm a check had been sent. This should not have been sent via a $.55 sent stamp with no tracking ability, and I should not have to ask for days without answers where my money is and why it isn't where it is supposed to be. Very frustrating. It seemed the lender and the title company did not even know who was responsible for sending the check. Not a warm and fuzzy feeling when you are dealing with the largest transactions of your life. Not even an apology - just cut and paste the check info into the email when I finally got word that a check had been mailed. How is it possible that in this day and age that payment is not sent electronically the instant the transaction is complete. If you work with them I would require your insurance payment be overnighted, or sent electronically to avoid this frustration.

  Can't say enough about Republic Title! We had some questions the night before our meeting. The team was amazing - Tracy answered every question, took care of issues and everything was revised and went so smoothly for our meeting the next morning at 9 am! Amazing experience, professionalism and responsiveness of the team - highly recommend.

  They were very nice and professional. Was very comfortable when closing in office due to the diligence they took to ensure every surface was cleaned with disinfectant before we came to prevent spread of Covid. Gave us an individually wrapped sanitized wipe each so we could have something to keep our hands clean from germs during the process of signing. Everyone was wearing a mask and stayed the recommended social distance. Very pleased with the friendly staff and speed of the process. Would highly recommend.

  There are not enough 5+STARS available to compliment Republic Title sufficiently! 3 Closings on Friday, and all 3 were smooth as clockwork from beginning to end, thanks to the always-proactive diligence with each and every file handled by Tracy Horne, Sr VP/Branch Manager/Escrow Officer, her Escrow Asst, Sara Lockwood, and exception team at Republic Title-North Coit, Plano! I could not have the level of success, nor help near the amount of VIP clients if I didn't have you on my team, providing VIP title services! HIGHLY Recommend, always! Thank you!

  Every Realtor THINKS their title company is the best. I do commercial and my wife performs Residential. Tracy Horne-Bennett and THIS team at THIS office are hands down is best closing team in Texas. I have closed all over, many offices, many different firms and many good ones with over $250M of closings. Commercial can get complicated, Residential can get emotional. This team stays FOCUSED and performs. She has closed a $25M closing for a friend and just closed a $5000 strip of land I needed for an easement. Both were treated equally. OH sure my $25M buddy got fresh Sushi and I got a bic pen... :)
