  If you are looking for a lending broker who won’t rip you off and is trying to get you the best deal possible then you are at the right place. I was working with Biju and he might seem like the busiest guy in the world, but he is for a good reason. Everyone calls this guy cause they know he will get you the best interest rate at the lowest cost. As a deal finder myself I keep a close eye on every line by line item and I couldn’t find a better cost than what was already quoted for the all the A, B and C parts of the CD. He takes it up on him to find the best way to lower your end of the closing costs. It’s like the broker is working for you and not the system and that’s the way it should be.
