  Kelly Wald handled our closing in office with Nick Mathis, our Senior Lender from First Bank. She was very efficient and detailed with the whole process! Highly recommend! The receptionist was very accommodating and hospitable as well as friendly and pretty! Beautiful location. All around great experience!

  7 strong years with this title company and they have yet to miss a beat. Kelly Wald is on top of her game and never has a bad day. She is consistent on both my residential and commercial transactions and i'm scared to go anywhere else! Megan Tierney and Kelly make an unstoppable team in the RE industry.

  We had major issues with our mortgage lender and Christi and her team went above and beyond with assisting us in getting to closing in a timely manner. They we’re always quick to respond to emails or requests. They spent the extra time to go over our documentation when we had questions that our lender would not answer. I highly recommend them to anyone doing a refinance or purchasing a home!

  Fabulous customer service 14 years after purchasing our home!! We needed to build a fence but the contractor required a plat survey as part of the permitting process. We couldn't find our copy and the county records office was non-responsive. A friend suggested we contact the title company. Wow! Sandy in the Post Closing department called back in 10 minutes. In the meantime, Sara had read my follow-up email and was already working on it. Before I finished my call with Sandy, Sara had emailed me the much needed document. I am so thankful for the company's wonderful employees and for their dedicated service to customer requests!

  I had advised Debra to include appliance insurance to my closing. I sent her an email with that information so I have that on file. I called her a few days ago so she could provide me with the information on what company she set me up with and this is what she said, " your closing did NOT require any type of appliance insurance so I did NOT include it but you can call them and set them up yourself". I'm extremely upset at the fact she took it into her own hands to NOT notify me even though I clearly requested it.

  Christy told me that all the paperwork was set for an escrow check I needed and that it would be waiting for me at the reception desk. I have now been sitting in their lobby for almost an hour...no one can find Christy or my check?!?! Stay far away if you can, I know I will from now on!
