  Republic Title is our "GO TO" Title Company not only to close our contracts in a professional and timely manner, but is consistently helpful to our clients as they have questions arise before and during the transactions! Another perfect and timely close with Republic Title! We can always count on Kathi Riddle and her team to keep the contract moving towards closing. Anyone familiar with Real Estate knows that transactions can be difficult and hurdles will occur. Also creating marketing ideas and sounding board of new innovative ideas to help my clients. Annette has the latest technology that allows me to bring the latest tools to my clients.   I try to use Republic Title for all of my closings. They are a fantastic Title company to work with, I always feel so welcome, and know that my clients will be well looked after. They are always on hand whenever I need them, and I have never experienced any issues in all of my closings with them. They will always be my #1 Title Company that I choose to use.

  I live in California but I had property in Texas which I sold, this company was an absolute pleasure to deal with. They have made the entire going into escrow process as smooth and hassle free as possible. Both Kathi Riddle and Jennifer Brawley were amazing. Because I’m in California they send a mobile notary to my house to sign all the documents, and everything was done in a timely manner with no delays. Thank you.

  This company is not neural like most title companies. In fact I was told issues I am facing are mine and not the seller's regardless of county regulations. Since everyone wants to deal with the seller, seller's realitor, and not the buyer's waiting to see how this plays out. Everyone who got money from us seems to be in cahoots together. Last time I saw this behavior was before the real estate crashed in 2008. I repeat noone in this office feel they did anything wrong. (Being denied permits, part of seller lateral line being on my property, finding out issues with something in probate...YET they say it's my issues)
