  I don't think I'll ever come back here. It wasn't nothing in store,plus I had got approved for a bed set ending up not getting it because I lived with someone who didn't want to be on the account with me,but it was my application so why would I have to put them on it if they don't want to..I would be the one making the payments .I was so excited for nothing.

  Not that I mind but the time me and my wife walked in the door we smelled marijuana and the employees that work there did not help us at all when trying to look around for products that we were considering renting and since we had no help at all we ended up leaving and taking our Services elsewhere where they appreciated us and treated us my paying customers. I enjoy the Rent-A-Center in Wetumpka way better.

  I’m not even a customer but while visiting family in Alabama the guy comes knocking on the door windows and even told a two year old child to open the door. He was very rude and unprofessional!!! Even blocked somebody in and made all kinds of threats to ppl who’s not involved! We even had to call the police he look like he was high off drugs very scary!! I suggest if you still want to use rent a center go to a different one this one is beyond ghetto and unprofessional. I will be writing a letter to president of rent a center!!! Trying to make sure this type of behavior never happens again!!!

  If I could rate a negative 10 I would! I will never ever work with this place/company again. I leased a laptop for school. I have paid over $550 total and only have 3 more payments of $29 left. I am late paying for the first time out of all the stuff I've gotten from there. I've been in the hospital and all. Guess what ?! They don't give a rats ass about it! They threaten to call the police and send them to be get the laptop and all. Not to mention I'm a student. They keep harrasing me about a 3 day late payment. I got my girlfriend to go pay the $29. This light skin girl took $60 off the card! My girl clearly said $29! Her excuse was she couldn't control what it took off. LIES FROM HELL. DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE. THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. THEY WILL ROB YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY.

  This place is horrible. The manager of this store is a very nasty person and don't know how to talk to people at all. I call in to lease a bedroom and he had the audacity to tell me what I can afford and what I can't afford as if he's writing my checks. I will never go back to this overpriced store again.

  I've been to Renter Center many times, they have always been helpful and nice, and I would tell u to go see them if u need funture, at a good deal ,but alow price.

  I've asked at least 10 times for them to email me instead of call, yet they have called me atleast 15-20 times and I have gotten zero emails. Is it really that hard?
