  Merchandise is fine but they do game the system with the Food Bank. The guy who runs the Uhaul business is not trustworthy and any of the other dealers I spoke to told me the same. He made me wait at his location two hours for a truck before he rented one out right in front of me and then told me he didn't have any available. This was on a Saturday. He had three trucks on the lot and told me none had keys. Ms. B was always affable and seemed honest but this guy is not.

  I just moved into my new place and needed to furnish every room. I spent days and weeks looking for high-quality furniture at different stores but unfortunately the high-quality furniture came with a high quality price. I couldn’t believe how much it cost for a dining room table, couch and other furniture items. Then Someone recommended the bargain Center, I was Initially discouraged about all of the places and wasted time and I spent looking for unfounded items. however I decided to give this place a visit. I walked in the store and saw all of the high-quality furniture and was impressed with the cost. When I say high-quality I am referring to durable top-of-the-line furniture that you would see at the Elite stores. I was able to furnish my living room, dining room, three bedrooms and I was able to rent a U-Haul truck at the same location to transfer my furniture to my new place. Everyone in the store was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend this place for furniture needs, clothing needs, most of all your items. PS. I picked up some boots and already received five compliments.

  Best thrift store in Montgomery! I go in about once a week and I find great deals every time I go. Sometimes they'll surprise you with a discount at checkout or they'll throw a free gift in your bag during the holidays . The staff there are such kind-hearted people, too. They're always happy to be there and most are volunteers who just enjoy serving their community. They even keep shelves outside stocked with nonperishable items so folks in the neighborhood can take what they need even after the store closes.

  I recommend them for great bargains, awesome customer service, and what they do for the community. You have to visit and show your support for our locally owned businesses that service our residents, and provide accessible location and great prices! Appreciate what they did for our community event! Appreciated the support of Mrs. Browder, and her son who now manages the thrift store.

  I was looking for a kitchen dining table for my kitchen and I went to 3 different goodwills first but they were either in bad shape or not a set. I went to the bargain center and as soon as I walked in there was this gorgeous 3 piece set that was exactly what I was looking for and it was reasonably priced! I used to shop there a long time ago but I forgot about it. I can tell you that the next time I need a particular piece, this is the very first place that I will come to plus the staff is very friendly and helpful!

  I'm a thrift store connoisseur...this place has potential but not enough, I left empty handed. Not because I didn't find anything but the pricing is so high! The USED dresses in the front were 24.99 and 19.99!! 2pc suits 14.99! I'll just keep visiting my favs when I drive to Birmingham when I can get similar items in the 4.00- 10.00 range. Coats were 19.99 I've purchased similar elsewhere for $5-10 bucks! I didn't even see pricing on the dresses in the back of the store. You should consider pricing to sell.

  It doesn't take much to be top-notch in MGM, and hopefully the mayor, city council and governor will stop wasting time saving unborn babies and Robert E. Lee's ridiculously racist legacy to lend a hand to bringing the Gump into at least the second half of the 20th century. Anyhow, like a good second-hand store, you never know what you'll get when you wander into Randy's Aisle of On-line Reviews, right? (As a former professional reviewer of nearly two decades, however, you can damn well bet it will always be fun!) And that's somewhat the case with Bargain Center Thrift Store, etc. A few decades ago, I usta live two blocks away from this place when it was something else altogether. I wish it had been there in the 1980s, because I would have been down there every few days, drunkenly wandering the aisles to see what I could find. These days, I drop by every month or so if I'm passing by. I'm never disappointed, even if they sometimes open nearly half an hour later than the times posted on the door. I've picked up some great things here for very low prices, missed a couple of splendid deals, and had a bit of fun just browsing. The staff are polite, helpful and friendly — and many of the customers are just as swell. As such, this is easily the best thrift store in the capitol city.

  I pass this place so many times really didn’t take the time out to actually go in until today. I must say this is a must stop and shop. They have rarely used to new products. Me muse I brought a brand new Bluetooth speaker at a very reasonable price. I definitely plan on doing more shopping here in the future for my home decor 🤞🏽

  I absolutely love this place. The staff is always helpful and friendly, and they really do have a great selection. I mean its a thrift store so if you're expecting the latest collections from ralph lauren then you're a fool. But they really do have some great finds in here and everything is reasonably priced. Just purchased a beautiful LG flat screen and matching lg dvd player from them. Definitely will be back

  This store is so much more than a thrift store where you can find newer and used furniture. It is an opportunity to witness Christianity in action and more importantly, become a part of it! So happy and thankful for Mr. Browder and crew!
