  Lashundra Barton assisted my husband and I with purchasing a new car. She was absolutely phenomenal. Lashundra is very knowledgeable, consistent, professional; and, she has a very gentle spirit. Without being asked, I personally decided to become an ASECU member; and terminate my relationship with a bank that I had been at for almost 20 years. Thank you ASECU for putting your members 1st AND thank you Ms. Lashundra Barton for a splendid experience!

  My preferred teller is "Maggie" but staff is very friendly, efficient, and customer service is always a top priority. They make an effort to interact with customers on a personal level, which reinforces the concept of relationship banking.... I appreciate being greeted and recognized immediately upon entry.

  I love ASE CU Downtown location. I get great quality service EVERYTIME I go there. I do not consider myself as a customer when I do my banking with ASE CU Downtown, I consider myself as a family member. I get warm smiles and friendly service from the staff members EVERYTIME I enter the building. You can expect that friendly service from the branch manager Mike; to the loan unit, Katrina and Jessica; and not to forget the best tellers ever, my Chandler, Brittany, Maggie and DeMarcus. If you want the best rates for any financial need to be serviced by the most professional, courteous and caring group of staff members ever, go to ASE CU Downtown location. As a matter of fact, when you go by there tell them Ms. Wanda says hi!😀

  I've only been a member with ASE for 2 yrs and every time I go I feel like family. Brittany T. is a true person of customer appreciation, love seeing both her and Maggie. AMAZING service!!!

  Nice credit union, centrally located within walking distance of most State offices. I have never had trouble walking in here to apply for a loan or credit card. On State pay day it's extremely busy and expect long lines. The staff here has always been friendly and efficient.
