  I was very glad to find Renofi to help us secure funding for our custom pool project. They offered more repayment options than other pool loan lending institutions that helped make our project more affordable. The application process was relatively easy and the Renofi reps were very good at guiding me through the process and telling me was needed for approval. Funding large home improvement projects can be complicated but Renofi made the process easy and achievable.

  RenoFi is a great option to finance a renovation, much better than a traditional renovation loan where you only get incremental payments based on progress. RenoFi allows you to have control over the whole process and get your renovation done how you want it.

  We contacted Renofi after we started the renovation. Expenses went beyond our expectations. Then COVID hit. There was no way we could finish the renovations. No where in the world you can get a loan that monthly payments this low. Renofi has some GREAT people that made the process real easy for us. THANK YOU RENOFi for making our dream renovation come true!

  Renofi was very easy to work with and the online process is very user friendly. There was one delay, but we were promised a free turkey dinner (jokingly) if it wasn’t resolved within a day. You submit your info, they do the legwork. Overall, we’d recommend Renofi for all of your home improvement needs!

  Do your homework, we did and I have to say I am 100% satisfied. Not only are we getting an addition we have been saving up for 5 years to start, but this allowed us to have a big increase in the value of our house and greatly improved the 1941 construction. There was excellent communication at every step and Renofi handled all of the heavy lifting for the loan procurement.

  The Renfi team did a great job connecting me to a local renovation lender. The process was really transparent and their systems were easy to navigate. The team was also very responsive .
