  The interest rate quoted was half what others were offering. The communication was excellent. Phone calls were answered when I had questions, email communication was also very prompt. Their portal allows you to log in and submit all files easily. You also get a portal dashboard that keeps you up to date with any changes or document requests. Also, Funding was done in less than 2 weeks. I highly recommend getting your loan thru Spring EQ

  I would HIGHLY recommend Spring EQ as a lender. We had a great experience because of their seamless process and the professional, yet personable, representatives we worked with. From our first contact with the loan officer, we felt we were viewed as individuals and not just another business deal. They responded quickly to all our questions and kept us apprised of our status during each step of the process.

  I didn't give them one star because they are easy to deal with, and not really pushy. But no more than two stars due to the VERY high cost of the HELOC loan I inquired about.

  The home equity credit line from Spring EQ was an extremely positive and relatively painless experience. The entire transaction was completed in less than three weeks and my loan officer was very helpful and friendly. I had spoken to other companies prior to selecting Spring EQ with less than helpful representatives that wanted to tell me what I wanted and not help me to select what was the best option for me and my family. Thank you for making this a great decision!!!

  If I could give less than 1 star I would. I was told my HELOC would be done in less than 3 weeks last month and after get an approval, having my credit ran, appraisal, and submission of documents. All of a sudden I was told my debt to income ratio was too high. But it wasn't a problem during the application process if I paid some bills off. And I was never told what my DTI had to be after closing. Then I was told I had to take out a home equity loan if I wanted to move forward which i didn't want. I emailed Talia Ray Reed the loan officer 3 weeks ago and have not been told a thing. She hasn't returned my calls or answered any emails. How someone with a credit score of over 760, $200K of equity, and cash reserves can't get a heloc is beyond me. I will be taking my business else where.
