  The agent was inviting, friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me set up a new account and provided me the details of the account requirements to help me choose the best option for my needs. She also assisted me with moving some funds from one account to others. Her customer service skills are rare and exceptional...she gave eye contact and stayed engaged throughout the transaction. It was a pleasurable experience.

  The staff needs to be more customer service attentive and driven. Please put qualified people in positions to help customers. Ex. If you do not work with investments than why are you talking to me about a financial subject you have limited knowledge about? I need to be in contact with your investment specialist if that is what I am seeking - common sense isn't it.

  Yes I was treated nice and respectful and it was a good experience. It's my first time joining American Heritage Credit Union also and they have a great terrific staff.

  After experiencing a major SNAFU with my ATM card a few weeks ago and an attempt at check fraud this week my hat is off to Saquoia Bledsoe & Denise Richards at the West Market Street branch for getting things squared away correctly & quickly. They were able to stop the attempted fraud right away & no money left my accounts. The were helpful, very knowledgeable and totally professional. After the ATM SNAFU, I was considering leaving American Heritage, but Saquoia's professionalism has convinced me to stay.

  The very best credit Union by far!!… Please go in and see the manager of the Market Street branch bring $15 and two forms of ID along with you to open your checking and savings account together!…… Also if you open a business account please bring all of your business documents along with what was just stated in $25 to open the business account on either instance you will get a instant issued debit card on the spot give the debit card about an hour before it officially hits the system!… Did I also tell you overtime your funds availability can get you down to same day availability!… Ask them how to do that and you might be surprised

  Went in and the ATM’s didn’t work. The staff didn’t want to open an actual line so everyone waited for the 1 working machine. Longest line ever

  I have been a member since the credit union opened then I left and came back. The service has always been superior. The loan officer Mr Idris took care of me in 2019. He professionalism is on point for the job, excellent knowledge and listened well.
