  Amazing experience with Daniel. He has made my dreams come true. I have dealt with other mortgage companies in the past and they have all failed me however with Daniel and Renaissance Home Loans, I’m please to say my dreams have come true in purchasing my house!!   David Rosa at Renaissance Home Loans really knocked it out of the park for my buyer! His communication was outstanding and he walked her through the entire process in the beginning so she was confident in her purchasing power and the process. We were able to negotiate a 3% credit back from the seller and cover a huge chunk of her closing costs. It's so nice to work with professionals that communicate well with everyone, respond quick and that get the job done right the first time. Kudos!

  David, Julie and their team were highly responsive and quick to work on our last minute home loan application after our original mortgage lender fell through. We found them through online search in the middle of our 60 day closing and were extremely impressed with how the team handled the entire process given time the constraint. Julie was always in contact and giving us updates on loan progress. The first week was hectic but they were able to find us the product that suit our needs and were able to lock on an excellent rate. From there although highly stressful, the team worked hard to make it as smooth sailing as possible for us. Extremely happy with services provided, they were very honest and upfront with costing. Numbers were broken down in detail and answered any question we had with fees. Will recommend Renaissance any day. We are loving our new home and thankful for Julie, David and Dan's extremely professional and transparent work.
