  Went to open an account and was pleasantly surprised by the service received. The rep. (TJ) was beyond knowledgeable but also answered questions unrelated to just opening the account. The wait time for the teller service is always quick and the tellers are dolls. Highly recommend.

  I just moved to the area and thought I miss my old cred it union service location but for my first time here, I was blown away! They were so helpful and patient that I forgot all about my old credit union. Catherine did an excellent job with assisting me in my banking transaction. As a co op member I look forward to doing business here.

  Very disappointed at this bank for the lack of communication and their ability to charge your account for every penny you have with out helping their members correct any issues that are costing them money. The systems in place to help members save money are nonexistent. This place is not being managed as if the customers best intrest matter. I will not recommended this bank to anyone. Please beware, YOUR MONEY IS NOT SAFE BANKING WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT! One star is to many as a ranking. Don't apologize and fix this issue.

  First time using this branch this morning. Ida was extremely rude and made my experience unpleasant. I would love to speak to the branch manager further about this. This is not how customer service should be.

  Just opened an account with them, I’m completely unimpressed the customer service was 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾…definitely won’t be stay long with this establishment.

  Trying for 2 days to get help with my account. All I get is one answering machine after another. Went in person to branch all she would do is give me phone number to talk to the answering machine. Extremely frustrated.

  couldn't get a certified check thru the drive thru, she asked me to come back during business hours.

  I have been trying to get someone on the phone for two days. I guess customer service is not a top priority.
