  I opened account with Velocity Community Credit Union in Royal Palm Beach few years ago and I was always very impressed with their customer service. Aida Alvarez is always very helpful and goes out of her way to provide assistance in any matter. . When I applied for car loan Velocity gave me the best interest rate I recommended Velocity to many fiends and family members. They provide many services with always competitive benefits Naomi was very helpful and she solved my problem within few minutes during my last visit at the branch in Royal palm beach. They provide Great customer service and I always recommend this credit Union to many friends and family members.

  Went to this Credit Union to set up an account and also refinance my home and Aida Alvarez was so instrumental in pointing me in the right direction and setting everything up. My refinance went off without a hitch. Thank you Aida for all of your assistance, your the best.

  BEWARE they will charge you exorbitant return item fees just for being a few dollars short of a scheduled payment (I had cash on hand I would’ve just added it to my account had the transaction gone through) and refuse to refund them, stating that you should’ve chose the members plus package (this was never given to me as an option when I signed up online) thanks Velocity, I’m now $200 short in a recession. It might feel nice to support a credit union but save yourself the time, energy & tears and just go to a real bank.

  The customer service at this branch is outstanding. Both my mom and I have been going here for years. Aida and the other associate was very kind and patient with us. We 100% recommend this credit union.

  Aida was extremely unhelpful. I went in excited to refinance my car & she seemed completely uninterested in helping me. Maybe I’ll have better luck at the gardens location.

  I recently just open an account with velocity and I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had. I applied online, it was super easy and quick. I spoke to a gentleman name Ryan who answered all my questions and even took it a step further to let me know something was going on with my credit and explained how I could get it fixed. I will do an updated review after I’ve been with them awhile but, as of right now I am a happy customer. Update: I love velocity credit union they helped me in person as well when I accidentally ripped up my PIN number. Thank you velocity credit union for such an above and beyond experience! If you’re hesitant don’t be !

  This office is by far the best credit union in town,I could not go to a different office simply because the service at this facility is top notch.they have a professional and experienced staff. I also want to congratulate this office for having a amazing member consultant called Aida Alvarez ,who was very helpful with my car loan ,she explained all the process and help me to make my dream come true 🚗🍾

  I financed my car two years ago.They have really shown a Best in Class customer support and service. One of the people responsible to help your car search even gave me ride to the dealership,the purchase of the car was painless.

  This company is by far the worst I have ever felt with. I was persuaded into purchasing a $2000 warranty to cover "anything wrong" with my car when I was finalizing my auto loan. Now 2 years later after never missing a payment and when I need their help to cover the damage on my car they aren't there to help. And when I ask for a a full refund of the warranty I'm told no. Absolutely unprofessional! The warranty is suppose to help me when something goes wrong not prolong the issue. I have been without my car for 2 months now. If I could leave anything lower then zero stars believe me I would have.
