      Ageists..you hired my mom. Promised her job security. Told her it takes a year to learn everything...didn't even give her 90 days. Maybe improve on your training methods rather than making someone empty promises and leaving them high and dry. She is one of the hardest workers. You should be ashamed.

      Products are good. They do not service the account and are very condescending/snarky when you ask any questions. Employee reached out asking for help on filing out paperwork. It was an inconvenience for our rep to help. Employee was enrolled prior to paperwork being filled out. Have a billing issue…don’t call your rep? That’s not “their job”. Does that make sense? Overall, pretty bad experience. We will be filing a complaint with the Department of Insurance.
