  Chris Dunlap at Gateway Mortgage is nothing short of wonderful! We were referred to her by a good friend who purchased their home with Chris. We're so thankful to have found Chris!   Absolutely a terrible experience. They were extremely nice and helpful until we had signed everything. My main concern was them selling our loan later on. Chris Dunlap was quick to tell me they had never done that. She was very emphatic about that fact. Less than two years after getting our loan from Gateway they are selling it. Don’t believe them, don’t trust them. Save yourself the hassle and use someone else.
