  Great Service!! We had tried two other large mortgage providers, (you have seen one's add for sure). Because of some issues with re-financing, neither was able to help me at a reasonably rate. Reliant mortgage was able to get my re-finance done at a great rate, saved over 1 Point on my loan. Significant amount of money saved. My new loan will pay off 5 years before my old loan. They did a great job, and they will for you also. Thanks

  Nathan was the best! He kept me informed, made himself available to me whenever I was confused or had questions. I don't know that I will ever be taking out another mortgage loan, but if I do, I will be calling Nathan for sure.

  As a first time buyer, I was very anxious about who to choose for a mortgage company. After asking around, I only heard good things about this bunch. I'm so glad I took the advice given to me by friends and coworkers; From the minute I contacted them to the minute we got the keys to our new home in hand (and even after that when questions arose), Reliant staff were supportive, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Working with Ki, Will and David was easy, simple, and transparent the whole time. The staff were always courteous and friendly, and always went much further than I was expecting them to (there was even a point when they were on vacation but continued to work on our file), and they always had a sense of urgency to get it done and get it done right. Hands down, will be using this company for our next move. Thanks again!

  I have purchased and refinanced multiple homes throughout the last decade, and have just closed on a home with with Ki Gillispie through Reliant Mortgage.   Ki secured my first mortgage on my first home purchase. I shopped several brokers and immediately knew I would go with Ki the first time I talked to him. He's friendly, straight forward (read: no BS), speaks in laymen's terms so the client understands everything, advocates for your best interests, and is 100% responsive and accessible. I never waited longer than an hour for a reply text, call, or email from Ki, regardless of the time of day. I have an incredibly high standard of service and Ki exceeded my expectations. I cannot recommend him enough, especially if you want someone to patiently walk you through the first-time buyer process. Thank you, Ki, for your professionalism and assistance.
