      I give a 4 star because mine and my wife's experience with this branch was very pleasant but I still don't like Regions as a whole with their policies. I keep Regions because I travel and there is usually a Regions present. So if you already have a Regions account, here at this location they have been very nice and helpful but beware of Foley location, rude and entitled. If you do not have a Regions account, don't do it bro unless you have too. Woodforest is great because they are open later and open on Saturdays and Alabama Credit Union is overall outstanding.

      Horrible service. 2 people standing talking. 1 working actual bankline 1 working drive through. I have an account here because I travel and their branches are in some of the places I go but I would never give them all my business just because of horrible service experiences. They act like they are doing you a favor by waiting on you.

      I always have quick and friendly service here. Been banking with Regions for years and I have never had a bad experience. I recommend banking here to anyone. Banked with a few people and heard plenty of horror stories to know that Regions is a diamond in the rough.

      Worst service ever on a Saturday if you own a small business. The Branch manager is clueless and wouldn’t provide her name

      Every time I enter this branch its a MINIMUM 15 WAIT this particular visit 5 tellers and 2 customers served in 15 minutes!!! Its NOT the tellers they are very nice! It's whatever ancient systems or procedures this place uses clogging it up! it doesn't take 10 minutes to cash a single check anywhere on earth but here!!
