  Having refied a few times and gotten totally frustrated to the rote nature of the process and the apparent lack of understanding of some of my financial data i provided, I did not look forward to going through the process again. Having said that, working with Alexis Lyles put a whole new light on the process and it was easy, to the point and professional. Alexus knows what she is doing and made it as easy as it could be.! She was very diligent in keeping me up to date with the process status and answering my questions.

  Reading some of the other reviews here makes me wonder if I was dealing with the same company. I just finished the loan process a few days ago and I had a wonderful experience with everyone that I dealt with, especially Frank Fletcher. There guys are true professionals. The process took longer than I had originally anticipated. We hit a few bumps in the road that were not the fault of AMIC and Mr. Fletcher. But, after each snag these guys quickly adjusted and found a solution. Frank kept me posted on a daily basis. I never felt that I was being misled or kept in the dark. He contacted me after hours, on weekends, and even when he was away from the office. This was my third home loan and by far the most pleasant experience. I will recommend AMIC and Mr. Fletcher to anyone that I know who is looking to purchase a home or refinance a home loan. Again, true professionals that will treat you like a person and not a number.

  Frank helped us out with 2 refis this year alone. He was proactive, polite, and dealt with my myriad questions in a professional manner. Each process was painless, and we were able to do the closing from our home, albeit with masks on to stay safe. Highly recommend him & this company!
