Reliant Bank Reviews

Jonathan Smith1Just tried to open an account for my 19 year old son. Walked in at 4:10 pm and was informed it would take longer than the 20 minutes the location would be open to complete the new account. I find this hard to believe because I opened an account here last Friday. There were no other customers, 2 tellers, and a manager in the office. I was told to come back tomorrow (when both my wife and I would be at work). This is simply unacceptable. My family and I will be taking our business elsewhere.
Response from the ownerJonathan - thank you for reaching out. We apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced and would like to help you resolve this issue. We've elevated your concern to our Support team, and will follow up with more information shortly.

Rex Christensen1This bank does not treat customers like people, you will get treated like another account number. Customer service people have such bad attitudes and they really don't care if they help you or not. Snippy, unhelpful people in customer service are an anchor to the entire organization.
Response from the ownerRex —please know you are important to us, and we want to make your banking experience a positive one. We’d like the opportunity to speak with you further to learn more about the experience you’ve had, so we can improve our service offering to you. If you are willing, kindly send us a private message with your phone number and good time to talk, and we will have a team member reach out to you. Thank you.

Alex Curtis2Seems to be good customer support from some of the individuals that work here. That is where the list of positives ends though. Online banking is absolutely horrible, terribly glitchy, and I have been locked out of my account multiple times due to their system failure and inability to resolve electronic situations efficiently. If you like face-to-face, small time banking; this is for you. If you're living past 2020, I would not recommend.

Carla Lucas1These people are rude. I just wanted to change my due date. The guy was so very rude . I will never recommend First advantage bank. I wish someone would have warned me before I got an loan through them. People if you are looking for a bank First advantage bank is not the place for you. I again called First advantage bank and this time I spoke to a female. I am unsure of the ladys' name, but I want to thank u for not being rude and actually trying to help me .

Anthony Oliver1worst bank ever, have a mortgage with them. Rhett and Nazaelia (if thats how you spell it) are the rudest people i have ever had to speak to. They only want to say what they want and not listen you what you have to say. They will hang up on you when they are done talking and not think twice about it. Had to get the vice president involved to handle the situation, Very disrespectful bunch of employees.

Lorna Prada1Banked here for several years, I am a middle aged woman. Withdrew some money from my money market account to deposit in my account at First Advantage. Went strait from Bank of America (a real bank) to First Advantage to deposit the cash. After waiting for a while at the drive through, the teller tells me one of the 100s if counterfeit and she has to take it. Seriously! I have to jump up and down to get a receipt so she writes me one on a scrap of paper. Seiously! They said they would get back to me but never did. I called and called as the money was “supposed” to be set to the Fed to be verified but no one has ever been able to tell me what happened to my money. Want to keep your money - stay away. I closed all of my accounts and will never deal with such a hick town bank again.
