Mackenzie McKellips1Horrible, I’ve had many experiences with them randomly giving me fees, and sometimes that would put my account in the negatives which meant I would get more $40 fees for my account being overdrafted when they we’re the ones who overdrafted it for no reason in the first place. Try to go there and all they tell you is to pay it all off. I’m probably given them 5,000 just in fees now. Well today I had enough and went in to close my bank account, woman there was rude, she proceeded to take the money for the overdraft, close my account, and as I’m telling her all the wrongdoings they have done and how I work so hard for what little money I do get she proceeds to laugh at me as I start to walk away. I flipped her off bc I had enough with this place. They should be closed for robbing people bc I’m sure I’m not the only one they’ve done this to.

First Last4I do not bank with them, do have credit cards with U.S. Bank (I would give the credit card aspect a much lower score but that is not the branch's fault). I got a home loan through them. The home loan was a VA Home Loan and the guy that did it was great. He explained a lot of stuff and almost all aspects were great. There are two areas that I had issues with. One is that he had to send the paperwork to some other office for the next set of approval and that person was never in and took forever to get that stuff done. We ended up having to pay an extra month of rent and the seller ended up with a free two weeks of utilities at the new home we bought because of this. The second issue I had was that after we turned in the paperwork (and had to turn it in several times at that) we got a mortgage rate and thought it was locked in at that rate. However once we finally closed on the house the rate had went up half a percentage point...which is quite a bit over time. I don't really see what the point of getting approved for a mortgage for a certain amount and being told a percentage rate just for it to change. If you at least told us upfront about it, then fine...but nothing was said.

Brian Lindsey1We actually sat in the drive thru for 25 mins. And they kept asking for my debit card to cash a check, I've never had to do that. I think this branch needs more training.

Eric1We were in line for 10 minutes and did not move at all. Their service became poor when they closed the outside teller and put in the stupid screens. I would not recommend anyone bank there.
