  Total night and day experience compared to the Wilma location. The sun is definitely shining ot brighter at the Madison st. branch. Every interaction from the front desk attendant, as well as Rose and Angela Sommers was welcoming and professional with a wealth of knowledge. Thankyou!

  Jessica Taylor helped us with our construction loan and permanent financing. This was our first time building a home and there were a lot of questions and uncertainties that we had. Jessica always answered them in a timely fashion and was very sincere and reassuring. After all of this process Jessica feels like a member of our family because that is how she treats you every time you interact with her. I would highly recommend Jessica, she is the best in the business!!

  This place has slowly turned into just your average bank trying to fatten their pockets with your money. Currently in the process of switching banks! Do yourself a favor and use any other bank! Amber Tompkins did nothing but waste our time and deliver false hope!

  I have been with Altra since 2009, Altra has been with me duuring the good and bad. The staff are great, I am not the greatest when it comes to online banking,she saves every time I mess up and get myself all confused on what to do! My husband did everything before he passed. So when I moved here I was in mess, They really helped me, something's you don't want your kids to know that you don't know .Thank You to all the staff at both locations!

  I've been with Altra since 2004. Terrie Hancock is superb! Staff is Awesome. Any negative information about this Credit Union needs a serious audit prior to being truth!!

  Worst customer service I have ever received from ANY financial institution! I really wish I could say that it was a mistake by a specific person rather than the bank, but I can't. Once you become a customer NOBODY returns your calls, nobody answers the phone, emails are never returned, and when you go to the branch nobody knows what is going on. AND I THOUGHT BANK OF AMERICA WAS TERRIBLE!

  Which there policy’s I’m not certain how there considered a federal credit union, they stole more then 100$ because on inactivity. This is a military town people deploy, I’m going to a bank now at least I’ll know what to expect from them.

  I have used altra for many services they are fare and convenient. And I like there later hours.
