  5 stars all the way!!! Evangeline and her team makes us feel like family. This process for us to refinance was so effortless due to their hard work and dedication. Couldn’t imagine going through this process with anyone else. Weekly updates (and extra weekly updates) kept us in the loop with how everything was going! They are such an awesome team to work with!!! Highly recommended!!!

  Working with Reliance Home Loans and with Team Scott (Evangeline, Sarah and team!) is one of the best decisions you can make to take the stress out of the home loan process. Evangeline knows her stuff and keeps up to date with information that changes on a daily, and sometimes hourly basis!   The Reliance Home Loans team has done it again! We were working with a local credit union for HELOC…very slow, poor communication and obstacles with underwriting. Ended up reaching out to Evangeline and team for advice and she gave us good market news and made an alternative suggestion to refi which we did! As always, working with Evangeline and team (Sarah is also amazing!) we restarted the process, great communication, no obstacles at all and closed quickly to top it all off. We can not recommend Reliance Home Loans more. You will feel taken care of from start to finish with no regret!

  We have worked with Evangeline since 2015 when we bought our home. We did a refi with her in 2018 and it was a great experience. Then 2 weeks ago I finally decided to take advantage of the great rates and today our refi is done. The communication was amazing every step of the way. I highly recommend Evangeline and her team. We worked closely with Sarah as well and she was a rockstar just like Evangeline! Everything was simple and easy. I’m glad I went ahead and asked if it would be a good deal for us. We got a great rate and saving money each month.

  We are so pleased to report what a fantastic job Evangeline did for us as we sold our home of 27 years and bought a new home we are in love with. We were VERY anxious as we had to close our home before we could even make an offer and time frames were tight. At every single point, Evangeline was responsive, helpful and QUICK.
