  I’ve really enjoyed the new changes from the old Schools to Schools First. Jonathan is always a delight when he greets me as I enter the branch. All the staff has been super helpful through my many transactions.

  I must say I have been a member for over 15 years and this transition to Schools First FCU has been abysmal. It is the morning of November 1st 2020 and I cannot log into to transition to the new online banking website. The website is down. Their app is down. Their customer service center is closed. The phone number to activate my card does not work. I have no cash and no cards that work. Great job everyone! Will be looking at opening an account with Golden One.

  I had wonderful service when I opened my account. Every time I have gone in since then, I have not had to wait. I was able to walk straight to a window and do what I needed to do. Every person I've dealt with have been very polite and helpful! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new Credit Union to join!!

  Rebecca at the folsom branchis the rudest teller I have came in counter with!!! Not willing to help!!! She was very condescending with everything she had to say!!!!!!
