  Lindsay did an amazing job. We had an emergency need for a new lender last-minute, and Lindsay helped us get everything in order in time to make the offer that we wanted to make.   Lindsay has helped me with a home loan and a loan for my rental property in the Sacramento area. She is a terrific lender and leads a team of professionals who are always available if you have any questions / concerns. For my first rental property, I was in a unique situation on the financing side, but Lindsay got on a call with me and we discussed many options that could work for me. I really appreciate the fact that she took her time to analyze my situation and think of solutions rather than stating a straight "No" as some of the other lenders. When you are under contract, she takes the additional step to make sure to let the seller know that they need not worry and keep the seller's agent and seller updated on where we are. This helps when there are issues that crop up during the escrow period.

  Lindsey and her team are the best. We had lost our house in the forest fires. We were in contact with them throughout our rebuying process while we were waiting for our insurance to pay us. They were always available to answer our questions. As soon as we knew what and when our insurance was going to pay us we started our buying process. We were able to close in 25 days. We are now in our new forever home. If I ever need to buy again, we will definitely be using Lindsey and her team. They made this stressful time for us less stressful.

  Amazing! From the first time we spoke with Lindsay, my wife and I knew that buying our first home would be much less of a stressful process. Lindsay was incredibly kind, patient, professional and understanding of my worry and lack of knowledge when it came to buying a home. My wife and I were previously given a significantly lower pre-approval by another company. Lindsay took the time to get all of the correct information and within a day of sending in our required documents, we were pre-approved to buy a home. Once my wife and I found a home we loved, Lindsay and every one at her company worked tirelessly for us. They advocated and answered every stress filled question I had throughout the process.
