  Have an auto loan with them and for the most part I have no complaints on that account. However, the vehicle I had was destroyed. My insurance paid off the majority of the loan and left me with a small balance. Naturally, I am now on the market for another vehicle, I have been looking around for a vehicle and it is taking time because of my current credit situation. I came across a dealer and spoke with a salesman, they did not have a vehicle I wanted so the sales guy tried getting me into a vehicle I thought was nice, but probably would not buy. I wasn't even thinking about Reliable at the time. After ducking the sales guy's call's I get a call from Reliable. I figure it would be something about my current account but they were asking me if I was interested in a 535d. I told them no, but I am definitely looking for another vehicle. The gal said no problem, just go pick out a new vehicle. At this point I was confused, was I approved for a loan or what is going on, why are you even calling me about this new car? So I take her advice and go look at other vehicles. I called Reliable for clarification and another gal explained that I would need to have a dealership submit my application and go from there but that it would not impact my credit because they had already pulled my credit within 30 days. I did that and my credit was impacted with yet another hard inquiry for nothing. Concern for my situation overall was not cared for particularly and as a result, my credit, which is already in bad shape, takes a ding during this difficult time of me trying to purchase another vehicle.

  I had been getting car loans from this place for years!!! Had no problem until my last payment of $67.00 left on my account they immediately sent it to their collections department 2 days after I was late thinking that I had already paid my account off charged me almost $300 for collecting on the account. They are impersonal and rude!! I had an active account with them for over 10 years don’t use them!!

  They worked with me when I had bad credit to finance a car , I have finabced a few cars without any problems and taken out a personal loan in the past. They definitely helped me when I needed it. Nothing but good reviews for reliable credit on my end. I would definitely recommend them to anyone .

  One extra star for Troy, because I believe he truly did all he could given the confines of this credit company. While in a chapter 13 bankruptcy I purchased a vehicle using these guys. The Trustee gave allowances of $12k, not to exceed $250/month, no higher than 20% interest. The loan ended up being for 19.99%. In the end I paid it off, all on-time payments. So I figured I'd earned a rapport with these guys; WRONG! A year or so later I come back to them seeing if again they'd work with me. This time they refuse to come lower than 20% interest and have since denied me for a vehicle for $15k despite my trustee letter being for $18k. This is just a purely greedy company; the fact that they refuse to come down from 20% interest at all makes this a bad experience for me. I can survive without a truck, so I'll just wait until after my bankruptcy and find a real "non-predatory" lender.

  As somebody having a car loan with this financial institution for four years was the poorest satisfaction and customer service . They are glad to take your money and call you every time that you have a late payment but can offer you better rates , they will continue to send junk mail to you to add more money to your loan when you’re already paying interest rate of 29.9% , I also asked them for a full summary of what I initially paid for the car, plus all of the interest I paid for the car and they can’t even do that , which makes no since , as somebody that paid over 14,000 dollars for a car , I would like a paper trail and couldn’t give me that , instead they insisted to send me a 10 page plus detailed amount of all of the payments I’ve ever made to that company and told me to add it up myself. there are better deals out there people I suggest to not go with reliable credit at all . They don’t want to help , only just want you to work hard and put you more in debt . Good news I paid all of my Loan off but would not get another loan from them or Recommend it to anybody

  i have had no problems what so ever with this company. the customer service is so nice and i was never on hold more then a few minutes at a time. They have always worked with me on the months i had hard time paying. they gave me and my husband a chance to get into a new car and the interest is high but that is expected for someone like us with terrible credit. our credit score has gone way up since we started with them and have started the process of a home loan now thanks to this loan so i would say they have helped us out tremendously . would definitely recommend and use them again.

  I have one car loan with Reliable Credit, it will be paid off in a little less than a year. I have had the best experience with them thus far. I make my monthly payment on time and each time they are friendly and professional. I actually had someone total my new car (which my insurance ended up paying off the loan with Reliable Credit). I was able to obtain a new car loan within days so that I could get into a new car again. I will always go to reliable credit for my vehicle loans - I wish they did home loans too!

  The interest rates are extremely high. Some of the employees are amazing to talk to and work with while others are the absolute worst. As long as you pay early or on time there is no issues, but should you be even slightly behind (even a day or 2) it is a nightmare to deal with them. If you have any other option for a loan, I would not use Reliable Credit. 100% do not reccomend.

  Do not let any company trick you into dealing with this company. You will end up paying for whatever you purchase 4 times over. It's not worth it. If I would have known the ridiculously high interest I would end up paying I would have went another route around this dreadful company. I bought a $6k car with $3500 down. Right?? After 4yrs of payments to these thieves I've given them $18k and still have more payments to go. Don't fall for dealing with these ppl, trust me save yourself. I should've just save another $2.5k and bought it outright. Learn from my mistake please it's not worth it.. PLEASE!! They sure got me though!! It's ok, I've learned from my mistake. That was one for me to grow on and like I said I've grown..
