  We have worked with Jeremy Vis at reliabank twice buying and selling homes. Let me tell you, this guy is a professional through and through. His people skills and communication with us was tremendous. He explains everything simply and gets the job done with precision. I would never go through anyone else but him.   I've been a Reliabank/Farmer's State Bank customer since the Estelline days in the late 80's. Reliabank is a family-owned bank that generously invests in community causes. Yet they offer all the latest technology. I love their app that enables mobile deposits and transfers between accounts. Also love the paperless checking account where you can earn significant interest by using your debit card at least 15 times per month.

  Reliabank's mortgage team is incredible! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. On the personal banking side, the employees stayed after hours to insure our new account was created and ready to access. We are in the process of transferring all of our finances to this location.

  Was seeking my own personal accounts, I had so many questions. They were all so patient and took extra time to be sure they were all answered, made me feel very welcomed. I would recommend this bank to everyone. All you have to do is step inside the door to feel the warming welcome Reliabank has to offer.

  Zach Scott did an incredible job at creating my accounts. You won’t get this great of customer service anywhere else. I even got my debit card the same day! Highly recommend!

  Waylon at Reliabank helped me get my home loan on my first house. I was 27, scared out of my mind, wondering if I should be doing this, if I was ready for this, if I COULD even do this. Waylon explained everything in detail, he was super patient with me and explained everything again. Buying home is a big deal and wanted to make sure I knew it all, and I knew every “what if.” Its now been 2 years and Waylon and his team still reach out to me to see how things are going!   Do not bank here. They messed up my account due to incompetence and then proceeded to hound me with letters saying I needed to correct their mistake before I could close the account. And now dealing with collections because I owed them $10. NOT A RELIA-BLE BANK
