      I'd rather be stabbed in the eye with a hot poker than to bank here ever again. Lock my business account for no reason, when I attempt to unlock I need to verify transactions. How can I verify transactions if I'm paperless and can't view my statements? What if I had no transactions? I verified 8 other points from my SS# to my address, my Tax ID number, my account number, when the business was formed, when I opened the account, and because I can't name a transaction that doesn't exist, I have to drive 20 minutes to a branch? Business doesn't happen this way in 2022. What a TRASH bank. It's the K-Mart of banking. It's embarrassing that I even have the card in my wallet. Not for long, though.

      I had an issue getting a cashier check deposited into my account because of the amount. Region's policy is to put a seven day hold on it. Linda in the drive-thru took great care of me. She had her manager, Oscar, call me the next day. Oscar fixed my issue within an hour. What got me to leave this review is that Linda called later that day to make sure that I was taken care of! Unfortunately, you hardly see this kind of service anymore. Linda and Oscar were awesome! I just wanted to say thank you!

      I recently closed out my bank account with Regions after banking with them for a little over nine years. Mid July of this year someone emptied out my bank account and ran two fake checks for large amounts through it. I did all the right steps after finding out I reported the card stolen, filed a police report and filed a fraud claim so the bank can investigate and give me my money back. Well that didn't happen, they denied the claim serval times and told me it was my fault and they would not be giving me my money back no matter how many times I filed a claim. At this point my bank account is in the negatives. I had to pay to bring the account current and after going back and forth with Regions and their corporate office for three months I finally decided to close out the account. I went into one of the offices and was told I can't close the account out on a weekend because there was a security hold on the account, so I tried going during the week. I did just that and their response was that I would have go back to the branch that I first opened the account which was over 3 hours away and impossible to go to, I called the location and their branch manager told me that was FALSE INFORMATION!! Went to another Regions bank and they were finally about to help me with closing out the account! I say all of that to say this REGIONS SECURITY AND INVESTIGATION IS HORRIBLE THEY DID NOT INVESTIGATE MY CASE AND DENIED MY CLAIM THEN TOLD ME IT WAS MY FAULT AMD I MUST HAVE GIVEN OUT MY PIN CODE. I would advise everyone to bank with anyone else other than Regions.

      If I was able to give them a zero stars I would they got me for 3200 dollars and they don’t want to give me my money back I did the police report and everything and they STILL giving me a hard TIME on giving me my money BACK they steady closing my case when I’m not on the wrong ..I hate this bank

      REGIONS IS A RIP OFF. THEY RIP OFF THEIR CUSTOMERS. FEES, FEES, FEES AND THEN WILL TELL YOU ITS YOU NOT KNOWING YOU DO BUSINESS WITH OTHER BANKS AND KNOW WHATS A RIP OFF AND WHATS NOT. ABSOLUTELY NOT. IM CLOSING MY ACCOUNT. I HAVE PICTURES OF THE INJUSTICE. DONE!
