      Changing from another bank locally and WOW. The service inside the branch is top notch. Probably best I’ve experienced. Recommend highly. Once again, had an issue and the branch manager Mike directly addressed it!! Best bank in town.

      I could not have been helped better and been happier with my experience at this particular Regions. I was helped quickly and everyone I interacted with was very nice and helpful. I had a problem with my account and their branch manager (Mike Shouse) who helped me was super accommodating and friendly. And when I got there he was holding a spot in line for an elderly lady while she sat and rested. Very impressed!

      This has been the best banking experience of my adult life. I relocated from Florida and opened an account with another local bank that turned into a disaster. I switched to Regions and was pleased with the "hometown" service with "big city" tools and leverage. I have specifically been very impressed by Justin Shores out of the Columbia office. He has since assisted me with account setup, financial planning, money goals and successfully starting a small business. He was very helpful and informative.       We banked with Bank of America for years and never had any issues or concerns, but then they changed to First Tennessee and we hated it. After considering several of the local banks, we went with Regions because of their outstanding reputation. I have many friends and family members who bank here and it helped us make the decision to switch. I'm very impressed with the services offered and have enjoyed using this bank. I only wish that there was a regions atm located nearer to Mt. Pleasant as I have to drive about 15 minutes to get to one.

      This is one of the best banking experiences that I have had in Columbia. The branch manager goes out of his way to be helpful. The tellers were able to help us with some account maintenance. The location always seems busy because it is super-convenient. If you are looking for a bank in Columbia, then you need to check her first.

      Drive thru is the slowest out of all banks. Think I am going to take my business else were since there is always 20 cars in drive thru and lobby is not open!!!! Poor customer service due to no one has 30 minutes to wait in drive thru! Need to fix this issue!

      Very RUDE & Very Unprofessional administration does not take out real quality time with clients and discriminates against you if you are of color do NOT deal with this branch Im highly fed up with them they even answer the phone with laziness and unprofessional.
