  Nita Lentz is absolutely amazing!!! I personally know this wonderful lady, and today’s experience was nothing short of great! She was very thorough and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions with that knowledge. My mother worked with her years ago in Columbia. So we also had a great time catching up a little. I highly recommend Heritage Bank and Trust, AND Nita!!!! Go see her, say hello!

  Long time customer and I have to say the service has definitely declined in recent months. I called yesterday to let them know the mobile app is crashing non stop on my Samsung phone. I had already tried all of the normal fixes. Lisa said she would contact IT and call me right back. That didn't happen and now Lisa is out all week. Also, the new app gets horrible reviews because it seems to be continually crashing for a lot of customers. With no mobile app, this service is useless to me. Looks like it is time to shop for another bank. **Adding per business response** The phone is a Samsung S21 with model code SM-6996U. The response you provided does not apply to this model phone.

In relation to the issues with the mobile app, the “A” series Samsung phones (such as the Samsung Galaxy A01, Samsung Galaxy A11, etc.) have been unable to access Heritage Bank & Trust’s mobile app due to changes that Google made to the Android operating system. Those operating system modifications prevent “A” series phones from being able to be certified by our technology partner to work with our mobile app. As the app is updated by our technology partner, functionality may be restored; however, we cannot guarantee future certification related to future operating system updates. To determine if your device is affected, visit “Settings/About Phone” or “Settings/System” on your device and note the model name and number. Even though we are currently unable to provide any technical assistance with Heritage Bank & Trust’s mobile app on Samsung “A” series phones, you may as an alternative use a Samsung “A” series device to access the web version of our online banking system at heritagebankandtrust.com.

  I'm the past I've had some bad experiences with some of the "bigger banks" and being treated like I'm just a number but Heritage Bank and Trust in Columbia treats me like I'm as important to them as anyone else. When I decided to build my retirement home in Columbia, I spoke with Chris Haywood and he walked me through the steps necessary to secure my financing to do so. He has (very patiently) explained to me things I haven't understood and never once acted like he had too much going on to help me! I'm fact, every person I've dealt with when I've come in to the bank has treated me like a friend! I always leave smiling!!

  Heritage Bank & Trust in Columbia, TN is the most customer oriented bank I have ever been associated with. While every employee is always helpful and professional it has been a special business relationship with Debthy Brown whom has been extra helpful setting up accounts with our family members. Luv this Bank!!

  Just moved all my commercial business and personal accounts to Heritage Bank & Trust. What I thought changing banks would be a nightmare, turns out it was very smooth, the transition was as if I had banked with these folks forever. Don't be afraid to move, you won't be unhappy with the friendly faces and SERVICE. This Bank is the last of the "Home Town Banks," in Columbia TN., you won't be disappointed.
