Arnez H1If you want a bank with an accessible ATM, don’t bank here. You’ll pull up to deposit money, only to see an “OUT OF ORDER” note on the screen, so you can then drive to the Lumsden Regions for it ALSO to be OUT OF ORDER. Regions is by far one of if not THE worst in the area.

Melissa Rita21 teller working the lobby AND the drive through on a Friday ?! Oh, and she’s the only one allowed/certified to take cash. Not even the ASSISTANT MANAGER could accept cash or help with transactions. Ridiculous wait times, just another reason I should have stayed with Chase.

Brian Johnson1Do yourself a favor do not come here. Just go the extra mile to another branch. The tellers are incompetent and over the top rude. They show that they do not care about you, your time and why you’re there. It’s like they are not happy with their “Job”. Unfortunately our company banks with this particular branch, but something needs to take place here. Maybe, new management/new staff.

Car J2Is a good bank but the ATM sucks. Every time I go to the ATM ,some of the function don't work like deposit money or sometimes is out of service. Plus is only one atm per bank. If they don't fix this ,I'm gonna have to think moving to another bank.
