      They told me they could not print me a new card because my drivers license was expired even though I had my account number and my old debit card. Then, told me to go to the DMV and get a new license and they'd print me a new one. But how am I supposed to pay for a new license without a new debit card?

      My husband heard the women in there complaing on a Friday about how they stay open til 6 and it wasn't fair. Well my husband doesn't get off until 5 or 5:30 and has to bring his check in to deposit. Well now since you guys decided to close at 5 now we cant deposit the check until either on Saturday or wait til Monday. Just because its one extra hour shouldnt take away from someones living.

      One of my two favorite branches of Regions! Great staff, very kind and helpful. Building is in an easy to get too location and parking lot is easy to navigate. Facilities are kept in top order.

      Charges on everything. Example: received gift in form of check for my bday and didnt have my own bank account at the time so cashed it at his where it came from...that cost $6 to do.
