      I would not recomend this bank to any small business. They are holding 50k in a business account that I have there for my payroll. Amy the Branch Manager as profiled me and been rude disrespectful, No will give my money bank or cash my employs check. I do have tattoos and I do not dress in a suit and tie. I am your average guy that has not done anything wrong. These bank is not good. Sable the district manager rufuses to look into the matter I am sure she supports her employ is why... All I asked for is to pay my employs. This Bank has held my payroll for 3weeks. Not friendly at all. Not easy to work with. If your not a female the bank will not listen.......

      House burned down. Red Cross was super nice and gave us 824$ to help because we lost everything. Top center of paperwork for the debit card says expiration: 04/26, card active ready to use, 824$. So my wife and I put the card up for replacing the kids bedroom sets/school supplies/food after we found a new home. When the time came, the card did not work. It was not a large transaction nor an unapproved purchase/merchant nor a purchase involving a hold. Made an account to check balance, US bank website said card was active and the balance was 824$. Called US bank and they said that although their own website said the card was active and funds were available, the funds were returned to the red Cross and the card will no longer work because there is fine print that says the funds will only be on the card for 60 days. Multiple incidents of contradictory information, my experience was a twilight zone situation and a waste of time and a huge pain in the rear, all for nothing. We would be better off without the stress of going through all this during our already difficult time in life. BEWARE.

      Mark Fermenich has been a huge asset to my business and my customers. He is always willing to listen through situations and handle them accordingly. If he isn't available when I call, he always responds within 24 hours. He is the true definition of a banker that treats your business like his own, which is what I was looking for.

      I worked with Mark fermenichon some equipment finance loans , and everything went super smooth . Fast and all I had to do was stop by and sign and it was done . Great job , I have been with us bank for a few years and have always been happy

      I moved my personal and business banking to U S Bank last year and Amy at the branch and Mark Fermenich my business banker have been awesome to work with, Great advice and great service. I highly recommend the U S Bank on Foothills Mall Drive for any banking need you have

      I am very disappointed right now with US bank. Until now I have had no problems with them. I am now unable to pay my rent because they allowed a payment to be taken out of my account after I spoke with them and had the payment put on hold. Apparently they can't do that so instead of telling me that I would need to do it another way they tell me they will be glad to help me and that when I was ready to take it off hold to call them and they would be happy to help me do that. Please train your people on what can and cannot be done so that they can properly inform your customers when they reach out. US bank certainly isn't going to be paying any one's rent or other bills when they do not correctly inform their customers of correct procedures. When I call you and ask if and how something can be done I expect you to know or get some one who does. I am seriously thinking of going elsewhere to do my banking.

      I spoke with Dan at cardholder services 11/5/2020 about a late fee and interest charge applied to my Kroger Mastercard. My payment was in their building 10/9 but not processed until 10/13. Dan had no issue with cancelling the late fee and rescinding the interest. I was shockingly pleased with the service and will continue to use and promote the Kroger Mastercard thru US Bank. Good work folks, keep it up and give Dan and his whole team a 5 star pizza party!
