  Jerri and team made it very easy to go the process of getting prequalified to purchase our home. They walked us through the process and answered all our questions.   I did my home mortgage through this co and found Jerry to be very abrasive and unprofessional- very contrary to her website's writeup. Her loan officer, who is no longer with her, was the reason I stuck with them. He was lovely. Because of him, I decided to give them another chance for my possible refinance, and found out he was gone and had to deal with Jerry. She fell off the map after a few questions about loan cost. Blessing in disguise. Not a good experience with her the first time, her verbal communication is very course & rude (strange to be so unprofessional, shes fortunate to have nice people buffer for her). Much better to find another local broker who is responsive and professional. I didnt know she was the owner and unfortunately, my experience with her was nothing like what she attempts to represent. That's just good marketing to draw you in. Grateful for better competition to go to.

  If you let Jerri work her magic, she will get you the best rate and terms that are right for YOU! We trusted VHM with our first home mortgage and went to them a second time for a refinance. We were blown away at closing when we somehow got money back! It was the absolute best decision to go with Jerri & VHM again. We plan to always go to VHM for any of our mortgage needs. They are the best!

  Superb service! Lee F at Volunteer Mortgage went above and beyond in helping secure a loan for me. He invested more time than any other lender/broker did, and I contacted a few, to make sure I had the right fit. Integrity is difficult to find these days, but with Lee, I felt like more than just a commission to him. He truly cared about helping me find the best loan for the home of my dreams and my financial benefit. He excelled at customer service and knowledge of the lending/housing industry. He made himself available and explained things, sometimes multiple times, as I needed. I appreciated that he was not pushy but willing to help, however he could. His work day did not end at 5:00 PM; he made himself available "after hours," when real-life happens. The proverbial icing-on-the-cake was when he came to the closing. Having he and my realtor there to support me meant a great deal. I have referred Lee to several friends so far and will continue to do so. He exceeded my expectations, and I'm confident he will do so for his other clients as well.
