  This location has been wonderful! I moved here recently, and the customer service is exceptional.The manager was very helpful with getting me a small personal loan. Great bank!

  This bank is one of the worst I've ever dealt with. Zero service and slow when you get it. Due to a death in the family, we tried to cash in some stock the deceased left and their fees just to do a simple transaction were sinful, difficult and costly! These people have no ethics and won't even answer the phone when you call! How much worse can it get then that!! Avoid Regions Bank anywhere!

  I started banking with Regions because of their “ Refer a Friend” program. I’m glad I did, they’ve been a great bank! The online banking platform is a breeze to navigate, and I appreciate being able to lock my card, transfer money, and see my statements all with just a click. Zachary has been my preferred branch... Sandra is great, and always very responsive if I come across an issue.

  I'd like to start by saying "I think people have forgotten we are in a world wide pandemic." I may have to process my transaction in the drive thru, while I would normally like to come inside.... but ya know! Thank you for being an Essential worker and being open at all! I appreciate all that Regions in Zachary does for me! The staff is friendly and always accommodating. Keep up the great work! PS James is a GEM glad to have him

  The regions in zachary is terrible. Always lines out the door. They have 2 tellers that are never in a hurry to get you out the door. The regions branch is new roads is amazing. 90 percent of the time I'll drive 30 minutes to new roads and avoid zachary all together.

  They are never open on time, long lines in drive-thru, and my account gets random charges quite often. Will be switching to Chase very shortly.
