  New account holder beware! Opened up an account bc of an offer and was told no fees and met all requirements for no fees.....less than 8 hours later, was charged a fee for an unrequested unauthorized personalized card.

  They have great customer service at this branch. Thanks to Chris G and Iris L for helping us with the loan. It was sad to hear that Chris is no longer with the bank.

  Horrible location!!! It used to be great around August but the banker I would visit before quit working there and I haven't seen her for awhile and ever since then my experiences here have been outrageously horrible. My rent money order I purchased here was frauded and instead of letting me fill out a dispute form, they suspected me and even asked me to politely close my account. Instead of catching errors that the Green line phone bankers were able to help me with, they refused to notice them and stated they had never seen an account with this many issues on it, most of which were easily fixed through Green line, and thought that someone close to me had gotten access to my account. The errors were simple for the Green line to fix and another location I visited promply resolved all my issues but this location started suspecting me for compromising my own account! I was deeply discouraged and disappointed with the service I received here on numerous occasions. If you bank with regions, I recommend you go to any other location but this one. Like I said it used to be a good location, but when the bankers changed, the whole vibe went downhill.

  Christopher Goldman is hands down the best person I have ever dealt with in the bank business. Too bad they limit me to 5 stars. Great service department @ Will Cano.

  Unprofessional, my husband open a bank account with these people and it has been over a month and he never received his bank card! The manager said it’s because the holiday this is lies! We will be cancel both of our accounts.

  The people here are extremely nice since I've moved to Texas, 3 years ago, this has been the only Regions I've came to no matter where I've moved to. Special thanks to Mr. Carl Brown he is awesome sauce! Thank you for providing great business and customer service. 😊
