I got bad vibes/energy in this place. I will drive further to avoid this in the future. My whole good mood was stripped right away from me. . . The fact theres multiple reviews about the attitude here... either you all hire rude people or this place is an extremely toxic environment to work in.

Are you guys just gonna sit there and stare at people waiting to enter? Your website says lobby’s are open. Your door says capacity is 2. Masks required. All 3 requests were met and still nobody answers the door. It’s a virus -congratulations, but life and finance goes on. Tyler- No need. Went to the Johnson Ferry location, where I was able to walk right in and be immediately helped by Tom. Interestingly enough, when I mentioned how I was treated another associate asked, “did you come from the sandy springs location? We’ve been getting that a lot.” Clearly I wasn’t the first to have an issue with the customer service there. Kudos to Tom for being more than helpful.

The only lady sitting at the counter today at 2:17pm was extremely rude and short to me when I came in asking for change. She was very demanding of my actions and not welcoming at all.. when I stated I needed change she then said, you need rolled coins? So quickly I could barely understand her. Once I said I needed some coins and bills she then said we don’t have rolled coins. I said I’ll just go to a different regions then no problem. She didn’t apologize, she didn’t seem to care. And obviously shouldn’t be working your counter alone. Rudeness is extremely uncalled for in the banking industry. I let you all handle my money. I don’t have too. So get it together.

The online banking is the Most obsolete online banking system. your account sign in lock you out most of the time and in order to resets you password you must make a phone call wait on hold 15 minutes. Besides you social and tax ID , first and last name, name and city the account was open, the year and month the account was open, your mother's maiden name and all business information you provide the customer service supervisor sent me to go in person to a branch just to re-set my a password. This is unheard of in 2020. Don't do business with this STONE AGE bank if you don't want to waste your valuable time.

My partner and I have our business accounts here. Carol gives superior service. The rest of the staff there, however, does not. Specifically, I come into the bank to initiate a wire and the branch manager starts asking me where the money in our account came from. Excuse me? I had to stop working with her and wait on Carol almost 25 minutes to try to get this done before the close of business. As soon as time permits, we will be pulling both business and personal accounts from this bank. Take my advice and find another bank to work with.

I have had an account for Regions for a while, every time I come to this location I am racially profiled. Although they have my driver’s license and bank card I am always asked ridiculous verification questions after answering the questions correctly I am always asked to have a seat while a manger approves my withdrawal, after the manager reviews my account she says the teller needs to ask me a few more questions before she releases the funds. This has happened 3 times, also on my last visit I deposited a check from and was asked what was the reason for the check. I will no longer to business with Regions after today.

I had waited for the location to open at 9am today and the door was still locked. Signage on the door stated that no more than 4 people was allowed in the lobby at a time and the hours that location opened was 9am. No one ever came to unlock the door nor were there any employees in the lobby or at the counter. This is unacceptable business practice.

I wanted to cash the check and explained that I didn't want to pay a high fee to do so. After making me wait for a while they told me the fee would be $20. I asked why they didn't just say that in the first place and I received a blank stare. They were not very polite when I decided to leave. I definitely will never Bank there...

If I could give them anything worse than zero stars that would be it! This is absurd I sat there almost one hour with a lady who’s last name is sanders, trying to open up a account in the end for her to ask me about a green card I’ve been living in America my whole life! I’ve been racial Profiled and I do not appreciate this! I will be contacting corporate right now I will not let this go above me!

I am so disgusted with this branch that I will no longer be banking with Regions! I have visited this branch multiple times in the past and on the multiple occasions that I have been it always seems as if the employees forgot what customer service actually is and at least put on a front to act like they want to be there. It’s a job, I have one as well (in the mortgage industry, nonetheless, so I understand) but the attitude of the employee that I dealt with sucked the life out of me indubitably! Although it was 5:00 PM on a Wednesday and the hours obviously and clearly state until 4, I had difficulties with the ATM and my checkcard. The employee that was in the building condescendingly tried to “shoo” me away from the front door with his hand from his desk as I was trying to grab his attention and when he got up to talk to me he had a sneering look on his face and frustration in his eyes when he barked “We are closed! Come back tomorrow!” I could have gotten a better response such as “can I help you?”, just in order to answer my question even if he would have said “I apologize, I’m not sure” but I didn’t even receive that. These employees at this branch that I have dealt with do NOT understand what going the extra mile is. I will be going with another bank and will no longer bank with a company that protects employees that snap on customers with no reasons backing it!
