When I go into this bank, I feel like I've known these guys for years. They are very kind and welcoming and really do go above and beyond to make sure that you are taken care of. They have offered to do things for me that I never thought to ask for because at other banks I have been yelled at just for inquiring. At my old bank I got locked out of my account for months because I was going through a name change. These guys realized I was a person and names get messed up sometimes. I would recommend Regions to friends and especially tell them to go to this branch if they need help. Special shout out to Cody and Ryan!

Fix. Your. Air conditioner. You cheap, money laundering, leeches. Stop screwing over your workers for the sake of quarterly profits.

Changing banks after 20 years. Someone made charges to my account. It's been 13 days now since I paid them a visit to dispute it. I still have no debit card- as they are sent from out of state. Ridiculous this day in age and yes their banking hours are a joke.

Regions bank is so out of touch with their customers and so inconsiderate. Banker’s hours are not even half a day on Saturday anymore. Up date Google, Regions or let your customers know somehow when you change your working hours. Maybe Regions is having financial problems and can’t afford to have staff man the bank. I can’t wait to move my accounts from here. I know the few million I put through here won’t matter to them. Any suggestions on a better bank for a small business?

If you write checks of any kind, you will eventually have to put a stop payment on one. I used Regions "Bill Pay" to pay a DR's bill and they lost it. The Dr's office setup a conference call with me, two Regions employees (Cody & Quinton), and the Dr's office and all agreed to stop payment. This was on June 10th. Today is June 19th and still no deposit into my account! I agree with the previous review, these people are out of touch with their customers and reality. I own two businesses and I have banked with Regions for over 25 years but closing my accounts as soon as I can.

Its been nearly 3 weeks since I opened my account, and I have still yet to receive my debit card. They close waaaaay to early. And they aren't even open on the weekends. It's easy to save money when banking with regions because they're never open. I work 6am to 5pm and they close at 4pm. And don't open till 9am. Worst banking experience I've ever had...

This bank does NOT have a drive thru teller. Though they still have signs on the road, and their information displayed online says otherwise. Don't come here if you need immediate service.

I had an issue with my business account and a chargeback, and Melanie went above and beyond to help me fix the issue. Took the time to follow up with me afterwards as well, just to make sure I was all set. They always make me feel like a valued customer.

LONG WAITING TIME in the drive thru line & inside. People are friendly but I've never waited under 20 minutes in there drive-thru line which has resulted, me taking my money elsewhere. Across the street to Centennial Bank. I never wait in line, there's always someone their when in need of assistance. Quick & easy, and I'm my way back to what is more important.
