  Greg Carver and Ashlynn Henson were a joy to work with. Selling and buying a new home can be stressful. But, the team at first trust was awesome. Very thankful for how easy they made the process. I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars. Definitely worth giving them a call if you’re looking to buy a new home.

  This amazingly simple and secure app on your phone to sign and upload all of your documents was great to work with. Greg and his team were there to assist with any questions that came up. Great experience and I would highly recommend using them for your next mortgage

  I bought my first house in Conway through them on November 15th, 2012. I was very pleased with my rate and closing cost. The staff was friendly and my loan officer was helpful. I ended up putting 5% down because I decided to buy in West Conway. I found out that you can buy with nothing down if you plan to buy outside of city limits and almost went that route. Anyways, I'd recommend them if you're a first time buyer because the guy I worked with took the time to walk me through the whole process and helped me find a good realtor. Overall it was an excellent experience!

  Wonderful to work with! When we purchased our first house they were very helpful and made the process stress free. We had tried using another company and was given the run around for a month before finding Central Arkansas Finance. We used them again recently when interest rates went down to refinance for a better rate. The service and staff are excellent!

  Greg Carver and the staff at First Trust Home Loans were great. There were some hiccups that came up, but nothing they caused or couldn't handle. All of the staff were so helpful and courteous.
