  We've used First Financial, specifically Heather Willborg for both our first and second house mortgages - she's the best! She is always willing to answer your questions, and explains things well. Also, 1st Financial has really good rates (and we compared to other lender rates before deciding).

  First and foremost thank you so much for everything! This is the second time around that I have purchased a home and I can most definitely say that the experience this time around was absolutely great. I was to recommend by my realtor Matt Grissom to Mrs Heather Welborg. And she was absolutely a pleasure to work with. I had so many questions and concerns and she had no problem explaining things to me and she kept in contact with me the whole time.   Heather is the best mortgage lender. We purchased our new home about 1 year prior. She identified an opportunity to improve our mortgage rate almost 1%. Unlike many other lenders, Heather’s closing happen on time because she lets you know in plenty of time what documents you need to send her to meet your closing date. I would highly recommend Heather to anyone looking for a mortgage loan.
